「The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. 「The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it.
