什里夫波特阿倫代爾-湖濱酒店住宿推介

「Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Room was clean」

「Waited a while at front desk as no one was there to check us in. Once there, they were very friendly and helpful. I heard another guest complain that their door wouldn't close and lock. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock. They did give both of us different rooms. The shower in new room was dirty. The carpet wasn't clean. No hair dryer. Not too bad, just not good.」

「Check in staff, dining-room and bar staff excellent, friendly and very helpful all with a smile」

「Loves the two bedroom option since we’re a family of 5. Beautiful property, would definitely stay here again!」

「The room was dirty and it didn’t look like much care had been put into the upkeep of the facility. They didn’t have the room available that I reserved and the staff member that checked me in wasn’t very friendly.」

「The hotel was incredibly quiet and clean. Rooms were very comfortable and good size. Great location and even has a bar and a full service spa. We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely recommend this Hotel.」

「If you’re wanting to get away for the weekend and need a peaceful place to relax this is the place for you. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back.」

「Poor customer service unsafe elevator blocked emergency stair access, cold coffee, very uncharacteristic of Hampton we have stayed in Previously」

「Easy in and out, great staff!」
