“The property has everything we needed for a two night stay. Driving to NYC is approximately 40 mins. We like how this apartment was modernly designed. The check in and check out process was easy - detailed instruction provided. Would stay again. ”

“This was what the "doctor ordered." I just lost my husband a week ago, and I needed to visit NJ suddenly. Charles understood right away that I need my space and was attentive but left me alone. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. From towels to hair dryer to a wonderful bottle of wine, water, and many little touches you don't usually get in a rental. Charles was also very accommodating and even offered to let my dog……

“We only stayed one night on our way back from a longer road trip. We parked and walked to restaurants. The waterfront is close. We actually wished we had another day to explore the town.We had everything we needed.”

“Incredibly sweet host. So caring and you can tell she genuinely loves having guests. Such a delicious breakfast each morning and excellent communication. House was immaculate and in prime location for attractions like the famous Bellvale creamery, Warwick drive in, and adorable fall activities which were recommended by our host. 10/10 experience and looking forward to returning:)”

“The house was very quiet and exactly as advertised. Would stay again!”

“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting……

“Great place, but you can hear red everything going on outside your room with the restaurant downstairs and other people in the common area. But I’d definitely come back here”

“The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Sherry was very helpful with any questions we had. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants for our meals. Nice neighborhood of beautiful older homes. It was perfect for my wife and I and our grandson who was playing in a baseball tournament in the area. I would definitely recommend the apartment.”

“Cumplió con todo lo que dice en la descripción está en una zona donde está todo muy fácil de llegar”

“Great property and loved the lake access!”

“Clean and quiet space. I rented the 1-bedroom apartment and had a great stay. The space was very clean and provided everything I was looking for while searching for properties in Montclair to stay at. If you're looking for somewhere to stay and explore Montclair I highly recommend it! The train station is less than a 15-minute walk away, and many shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk from the property. Sherry was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions I had.”

“Property was as described. Host communication was top notch. Great place to stay!”

“Amazing place - we will definitely be back .”

“Just went for a short get away with my GF. Jack was a great host. answered my questions immediately. House was beautiful.”

“Rooms where clean parking is on a hill that is the only downfall that I saw.”

“everything was good. did have a hard time finding the number on the house and no grab bar in the tub. other than that it was good”
