“The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!”

“On this very hilly community, this house is within walking distance to the club house, tennis court, pool and the camel back water park. As we went to explore by car, we realize how lucky we were. Any other unit is on very steep terrain. No leisure walks optuons.or walking to the clubhouse. This is a prime location. The house is beautiful and immaculate. They keep an eye on the details. “To start off, there were issues with check in, into the estates. That was outside of the properties control. Contacted Marvin right away, pretty immediately, was able to get my group and I through the gate. From there the place was spotless clean, and very refreshing from the summer heat. “Our stay was absolutely amazing! It was me the hubby and 2 other couples to help celebrate my husbands Birthday. The place had extra amenities. Nestled away, Peaceful and serene, but yet still close to things. We prdered pizza and subs as well as cooked.The sound of the pond water so soothing to the ears as you sit on the deck.
