「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」

「The home was clean, warm, and welcoming. Very convenient to the places we wanted to go. Host very graciously cleared the sidewalks, and left shovel & salt on the front porch so we could keep up with the crazy snowfall while in the area! Re-accustomed myself to parallel street parking. 「This property was excellent. Lots of upgrades and a really nice space inside. There are two levels with the upper level being a private bedroom (loft type).
Kitchen was stocked with what you need to cook and coffee pods and all of the needed dishes and cookware to cook our meals.
The area is lovely and has coffee shops, breakfast and burgers/pizza. The only issue we had was the market nearby was international and not what we were looking for and there was an Aldi about a mile away.
