Isola di Chiara is located just 100 meters from the sea near the beautiful Capilungo promenade, in Salento, between Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli, in an ideal area for relaxing or practicing sports. The sandy beach can be easily reached in a few minutes by car, while the Capilungo sea, characterized by low cliffs, offers safe coves even for the little ones, with a clear and shallow seabed. In the immediate vicinity you will find a pleasant bar set on the sea, for excellent aperitifs, a pizzeria that is anything but ordinary and an excellent fish restaurant.
The property has a large fenced garden where you can spend your days outdoors. It consists of 2 triple rooms (with three single beds, where if necessary you can organize a double bed by joining the beds) cooled by the air conditioning; there is an air conditioner in the corridor, a complete internal bathroom with shower, washing machine,
and hairdryer, a complete external bathroom with shower with curtain, complete kitchen with oven, capsule coffee machine, refrigerator, hob and television.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8:30pm and up to 10pm an extra cost of €30.00;
- for check in from 10pm to 12am an extra cost of €50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7am an extra cost of €100.00.
For early check out, upon customer request and subject to acceptance, from 6am to 8am an extra cost of €30.00 is required
