安丽斯顿度假短租

“Bring extra socks and a sweater, it is cold in the basement unit. You can hear the kids upstairs as well, so bring earplugs for a good sleep. Otherwise, the hosts were very friendly, the place was clean, and they left us a parking spot, water bottles and 2 Made Good bars. 5 min drive to Nottsawaga Inn was great.”

“Our stay was great! The host was responsive and very nice! Would highly recommend!”

“They double booked and didn’t mention anything till I was able to reach out for check-in and didn’t help with making other plans for where to sleep or refund at all.”

“Place was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Host had everything we needed for our stay and communication was prompt. Would visit again.”

“What a spacious clean house. Was a great stay, host was very accommodating. Highly recommended this property.”

“Great bed, quiet and outside property was excellent. But inside not clean, beaten up, hardly any utensils, drip coffee maker but no coffee, worn out thin towels. Firepit advertised but wood was wet and no axe to split. Finally owner did not respond to any texts. Would not recommend this property”

“Owners were very nice. Told us to reach out if we needed anything. She offered to help us with our luggage. Very sweet. Even though we were forewarned about the sound of the pump in washroom, we weren’t expecting it to be that loud and running that often. The washroom is right behind the bed, so it will wake you up. The place was pretty clean, except the washroom and the entrance. Bed was comfortable and floors were clean. Location was great for where we needed to be. Beautiful neighbourhood.……

“Very clean and easy check in process with great communication”

“I searched for this property on Google looking for a suite. The expedia listing says "Lakeside Private Suite". Despite the fact that the photo only shows a very narrow bedroom, I took the meaning of "Suite" to mean that there would be a sitting area separate from the sleeping area--despite the lack of photo showing this. Wrong. I was very disappointed with that. However, my husband just loved the dock and grounds and wants to return to the property. There are larger rooms which I could consider……

“Excellent option”

“We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund. This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. I have always been very happy with vrbo, but it will be a while before I use them again. The support team from vrbo……

“The space was dirty and not well appointed. Worst part was there was no air conditioning working in the house and when we asked the host who was on the property, he said "sorry, it broke yesterday". It was over 30 degrees outside and hotter inside. Absolutely a horrible experience. We left and I asked for a full refund - called the owner and he yelled at me multiple times "no way!" over and over. ”

“I hadn’t received the code by email beforehand. Cleaning wasn’t finished, and the previous guests' towels and sheets were in the washer-dryer. The kitchen cupboards were nearly empty; there wasn’t even a can opener. We had to buy one. There was a superb Napoleon BBQ, but several wasp nests in the yard, which really needed a major cleanup. The beds were okay. The appliances worked well.”

“We had a group of five staying here, and it was great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay!”
