"No tea and coffee in the room. We called reception and had to call again after one hour of waiting for it, even then it didnt get delivered to the room. "

"It’s a bit tired and not the usual Leonardo Hotel quality but ok for the price. The main issue was that it called The Leonardo Murrayfield hotel when it’s not actually in Murrayfield and over two miles away. Very misleading if you’re attending Murrayfield stadium and want a nearby hotel. "

"The location was great for seeing the castle and the old town. The decor is tired and could use a little attention. The breakfast was okay. They could use an additional coffee machine as the wait for a cup of coffee was quite long."

"My stay was lovely. I had a well appointed room. The staff was very kind and assisted me in getting a slippers and robe for the pool. I loved the Starbucks in the bar area. Room service was prompt and lovely."

"Parking was plentiful. Beautifully decorate for Xmas. The only 2 issues I have is that the area around the pods need more lighting as it’s very dark and the uneven path and steps are not visible and the WiFi code at the pods did not work. "
