“Wonderful secluded guesthouse on large forested hillside estate close to beautiful Lake Bracciano. Easy access to notable area attractions (with car) including fantastic Etruscan sites at Tarquinia and Cerveteri. Guesthouse has all the amenities for a comfortable stay including a very nice outdoor spa (should you desire to use it) situated in a beautiful surrounding garden. Marco was an outstanding host and we would most definitely stay there again!”

“My husband and I were married at Villa Clodia with 19 guests. The property manager arranged our wedding day perfectly - from the decor, the food, to the amazing staff. All of our guests say that it was one of the best weddings, and I have to agree. Our group stayed for three days in 11 bedrooms, nobody had complaints. If you are thinking of getting married or having an event in Italy, choose this place as you won't regret your decision.”

“Beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful location with gorgeous views. It's a bit far from any major city, which required renting a car (not a fan of driving in Italy), but leaving the busy cities and returning there to relax at the end of the day in a hot tub overlooking the sea was definitely worth it. We were welcomed with a generous gift basket filled with delicious treats, including one of the best wines I ever tasted. Beatrice was great about keeping in touch and making sure that we had……

“Maria is fantastic. Very accommodating, car service was a great way to arrive and get to know her. Beautiful sea views from the living room and bedroom. Comfortable beds, snacks to enjoy and eggs and toast for us to make in the morning. Perfection. She provided us information for a morning walk, roamed the farmers market, and had pizza at Pizzeria La Ternana. Great way to kick off our Mediterranean cruise. Highly recommended! ”

“What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. We enjoyed every aspect of it and until one stays there the value of the parking space cannot be overstated! We hope we get the opportunity to return……

“Wir durften 2 Wochen auf diesem wunderschöne Anwesen verweilen. Unser Check in ging super schnell, das Häuschen „Nuraghi“ wurde uns sauber übergeben. Das aller Beste am ganzen ist aber der Swimmingpool und der Whirlpool, wir haben ganze Tage dort verbracht und sind sogar Nachts baden gegangen, die Aussicht von der Anlage aus ist phänomenal! Die Bilder die man dazu auf FeWo sieht, geben das was einen erwartet überhaupt nicht wieder, aber das ist uns lieber als andersherum... Das Wasser war……

“Wir haben uns für diese Location entschieden, weil sie uns auf Anhieb zusagte. Die Preisleistung und die tollen Rezessionen haben uns bestätigt. Doch als wir dort ankamen war es alles noch besser und schöner als auf den Bildern. Elisabetta und Marco sind Herzens gute und liebe Menschen. Italiener halt. Man fühlt sich heimisch und man hat nicht das Gefühl in einer fremden Wohnung zu sitzen. Diese ruhige und schöne Lage umher, nicht weit vom Strand ist jeden Cent wert. Ich würde mal sagen……
