Cute little cozy home! Host was responsive and directions to the property were spot on. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary items to cook a meal including several spices and olive oil! Would definitely recommend!

I visited this place again and I think I will do it many more times. Clean, calm and friendly place. Close to Breckenridge. I commuted to Keystone every day. On the way I admired the wonderful views. The owner is very nice and flexible. I recommend!!!

My boyfriend and our dog stayed here to peep the fall colors for the weekend and had a fantastic stay! it was clean, cozy, great views and we loved being able to walk down to town to grab pastries, coffee, chicken sammie from Otto’s (so good) or a beer from South Park saloon. The cabin itself was clean and charming and super cozy. We arrived after dark and struggled to find the cabin, but hosts were very responsive and helpful to get us there. We will definitely be coming back!

House was very neat and clean! Host was very easy to communicate with when we needed to and responded quickly. Hubs was a little disappointed with the location but it worked out just fine! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

So cute and perfect. The house had everything we needed and the little details mattered. We really enjoyed our time. The food truck was so close and easy, we loved the coffee place in town and the bakery was to die for - all walking distance. We even got some snuggles from the neighbors dog when we were outside enjoying our coffee.... loved every min.

We had a delightful stay in Alma. The house sits in a small, quiet neighborhood and is steps from the most delicious food truck. Just a few steps farther is a bakery with melt in your mouth delicacies. What a treat!!! We enjoyed hiking trails that were minutes from the house; Breckenridge is just a 25 minute drive away if you are looking for more action. The house has the softest bath towels I have encountered in our travels. Book now! This is a great stay.

My best friend and I rented the Eclectic Alma house for our trip to summit Mount Sherman. This little home was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property or to rent it again. The owner Jan was wonderful to work with.

Awesome as usual!!

This house is incredible. Comfortable for four people or families. Great location. Bluegrass festival was a 5 minute walk. This place is very cool. We think this is the best rental in Alma. Hosts are dialed. Peace!!

Great Place!!

Absolutely beautiful home. Kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Great laundry machines and full room for laundry. We very much enjoyed our stay. Very quiet, peaceful, and a gorgeous location.

A perfect place!

This fabulous house worked out great for us! We have grandchildren in Placer Valley and rental property in Fairplay. We were able to easily go between the 2 areas. This original property was built in 1921, according to Park County records. It has been amazingly remodeled with quality design and workmanship! It worked out great for my husband and I, and we were able to have our grandkids for a sleepover one night. Thank you, Jan, for letting us stay, we’ll be back next year!

Lovely home

Lovely, well-equipped home. Kitchen has all that you need with many dishes, bowls, flatware, etc., just bring shampoo and shower gel. Plenty of clothing storage and easy parking around back. A few hiking trails just up the road out the back door.

Ideal Location

This is our second stay at the Eclectic Alma House! The location was perfect for our weekly activities. Our hosts have a beautiful home; the split floor design is perfect for 2 couples providing plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their relaxing time. The check in/check out process is a breeze and property is well equipped for meal preparation and evening relaxation. Will definitely plan to return for our next trip to Colorado.

Lovely cabin in a small town
