The room was cozy and clean. And the breakfast was okay, minimal options but we did come within the last hour.

Close to Fort Smith/Van Buren, and Fayetteville AR - Home of the Hogs!
Sally met us as soon as we got there & welcomed us in. Everything was clean & cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much & would stay there again.
