Appartement op 7e verdieping met balkon. Het appartement zit in een oud(er) complex en ziet er op het oog aardig uit maar als je kritisch kijkt dan zijn er toch wel aardig wat ouderdomsverschijnselen. Bij binnenkomst ruikt het erg muf. Het appartement ligt op een prima locatie vlakbij het strand maar wel aan een drukke/rumoerige weg.

Es un edificio que se ve bastante antiguo pero el piso está muy bien arreglado. Lo único malo que he visto es el olor a humedad y tuberías que hay en el baño y la cocina. Por lo demás, está muy bien ubicado en cuanto a tiendas y transporte
