「No directions on how to enter the building.
Took far too long for anyone from the property to give me details about how to get in to the property.
Took far too long to receive the wifi password (over 1 hour, and I had to contact Expedia to get in touch with the property to receive it.)
Dark hallways with no lights.
No one at reception desk.」

「We stayed at Opus One Hotel for three nights. The location is excellent—close to the train station and an easy walk to the city center. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and very helpful—he provided us with a power adapter we forgot to bring and gave useful tips about local restaurants and shops.
