Very nice in all ways. Very large room woth nice modern furniture and big windows. Greart location with 10-15 min walk to many restaurants. Great breakfast.

modern style of the room, of the lobby :very nice. Everything was very clean. The environment was very comfortable, quiet in a little park of trees. Very peaceful journey here.

The best hotel in Almaty
알마티에 출장을 가게 되면 늘 이 호텔에서 묵습니다. 지금까지 3번 모두 월드 호텔 살타낫에서 지냈습니다. 굉장히 깨끗하고 친절합니다. 호텔 조식도 맛있고 종류가 다양합니다. 다만 샤워하고 나오면 물이 바닥에 좀 많이 샌다는 점이 있습니다.

Modern, clean and good English speaking
It was nice and built as modern interior. But shower booth and toilet is small. Workers for Saltanat are very kind, good english ability. Especially I got many helps, from Zhanar and Irina. Finally, breakfast was nice.

Angenehmes Hotel in relativ zentraler Lage. Freundliches Personal. Frühstücksangebot (Buffet) war ausreichend. Zimmer waren stark geheizt (hier könnte man ne Menge Energie sparen)

Lots of Potential
Although the Worldhotel Saltanat Almaty states that it provides airport shuttle service for a fee, they failed to respond to my requests. Overall, though, it's a nice place.

Close to the downtown
The hotel is near the popular site. Restaurant, memorial, is close to. The environment at the downtown forest is special advantage. But the breakfast is not good.

Not what we were expecting.
We stayed for 2 nights and were a little disappointed. There were roadworks / workmen outside the hotel, yet the room we were put in was above the noise created by the workmen. The hotel was almost empty, so we should have been put elsewhere. The AC in the room was very noisy, so we had the choice of AC on and not sleep due to the noise, or AC off and not sleep as it was too hot. Breakfast was ok, a selected of hot and cold dishes, fruits, bread, etc. The location was fine for the cable car (10 mins) and approx 30 mins walk from the Zenkov cathedral area.

Beds are quite firm, typical for Asia. The toilet and shower set up are a bit odd but an efficient use of space. Would have been nice if the shower door had been opaque, or if the toilet "box" had a window by the ceiling but alas. Iron and ironing board can be procured by calling the front desk. Complementary water bottles was helpful, as was the kettle for boiling water. Hotel breakfast is good but similar can be found outside for much less.

Sehr gutes Hotel, für meine Zwecke gut gelegen
Für die private Reise war das Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und vor allem die Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück hat alles geboten was man bei einem guten, reichhaltigen Frühstück erwarten kann.

Bra och centralt boende i Almaty.
Centralt placerat hotell i Almaty med närhet till restauranger. Ligger lugnt och avskilt. Rummen är rymliga och trevligt möblerade, även om duschkabinen ger en instängd och mindre angelägen upplevelse. Frukosten är generös. Wifi är ok, men kan förbättras. Som en helhet ett bra och funktionellt boende i Almat.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel was spotless, extremely comfortable and a lovely home away from home. The staff were really helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Lovely
Lovely clean hotel, helpful staff with competent English- not so common in Kazakhstan. Also a great included buffet breakfast! Small but useful gym and outdoor gym around the corner if you’re so inclined.

A comfortable and convenient hotel in the centre
The hotel was very comfortable, with a good location for central Almaty. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely efficient, with the only minor exception being the bar staff (not the ones assigned to the main restaurant, which was fine), who were slow and quite disorganised. Breakfasts were very nice, although lunches/dinners at the restaurant were satisfactory rather than exceptional. Overall, the hotel was good value for money .
