「Nie wieder! Alles begann damit, dass wir 3 Stunden später in ein vernünftiges Zimmer kamen als der Check In vorgibt. Das erste das man uns anbot, befand sich direkt über der Poolanlage und war schrecklich laut. Die Zimmer wurden nur mäßig bis gar nicht gereinigt. Abends wurden Handtücher auf dem Flur an die Hotelgäste vergeben wie in einer Jugendherberge. Ein paar gute Seelen des Personals versuchten das ganze immer wieder zu retten. Leider bekamen wir als Hotelgäste mehrfach mit wie das...

We appreciated the staff, especially Joanna, who had great recommendations for sites, food, restaurants, and scenic overlooks. The breakfast and coffee was amazing. 「The rooms were clean and modern. Bar staff were nice and friendly same as the cleaning staff. Really enjoyed the resort with our family.」

「Property has no lighting. Be careful getting around in the dark. Phone number listed on office door is useless because when you call, no one answers. They're not very flexible with last minute bookers. They should be more attentive to customers that are having difficult situations that book last minute and answer their phones.」
