The appartment delivers everything the advertisement and pictures promise. On the 11th floor with a cosy balcony and great sea view. The sea is visibly from every window in the appartment. Also with a private parking lot in the basement of the building. Building is located directly at the beach and at few minutes walk from the centre of the town. Owner is nice and friendly. She speaks sufficient English to communicate with non-Spanish speakers. We thus can truly recommend this appartment!
