Very pleasant stay

Stunning view from the villa and very pleasant terrace. All was ok except an unpleasant smell in one of the bathrooms.

Amazing place with awesome views!

We had friends and family on this holiday and everyone was thrilled with the accommodation. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms and joined together to eat outside and enjoy the pool. A few electrical issues due to the storm that were sorted out in good time. We cant wait to go back!

A great property with stunning views

Great property really well supported at all times by Carlos both through the booking phase and on arrival. Almunecar was new to us and a great area to holiday in with a huge range of restaurants near by. The highlight was the view of the sea from the terrace that always threw up something new. We had a great holiday.

Great villa with wonderful views

Great villa! Wonderful views! On a quiet hill! Exept for the neighboring property that was being renowaited, we had to listen to the workers drilling 5 m from our porch almost every weekday from early morning until about after lunch. The dishwasher was also not working well for the first few days, we had to rince/wash everything by hand after running the dishwasher until it completely broke down, so we were basically doing all dishes bu hand for the first 8 days. It was fixed when we had 3 days left of our stay. Other then theese two things, its a beatiful house and we most of all enjoyed the view!

Super logement, mais loin des commerces, restaurants et plages. Les distances données sont à mon avis à vol d'oiseau. Même pas une bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée. Ni sel ni poivre.Enfin, notez bien que c'est beaucoup d'escaliers.

Très jolie maison mais pas bien entretenue. La personne nous accueillant est arrivée après que nous soyons nous même arrivés depuis 5 min. Nous demande si on a des questions.... On fait le tour: quand on déclenchait la clim, cela faisait dijoncter la lumière de la terrasse extérieure, une des chambres n'avait pas de lumière, du matériel abimé ou cassé, cafetière non fonctionnelle, nettoyage des sanitaires qui laissait à désirer, fuite à une bomde de lavabo dans une salle de bain, la faïence de la piscine qui se décollait.... Certains problèmes ont été résolu rapidement mais pas tous (la lumière dans une des chambres a été changé par nos soins en milieu de séjour). Et pas d'état des lieux en fin de séjour Passage du piscniste le mardi matin pour l'entretien hebdomadaire de la piscine (donc impossibilité de se baigner ce matin là et 6 grosses pastilles de chlore mise donc pas l'idéal pour une baignade immédiate) Passage du jardinier le vendredi matin à 7h30 donc nous a réveillé..... Je trouve qu'au prix de la semaine 3100€, être dérangé 2 fois pour de l'entretien qui pourrait être fait le samedi (jour de battement entre 2 locations), du matériel détérioré et des dysfonctionnements importants sur les installations primordiales et nécessaires c'est très facheux.... Manque de sérieux et de considération envers les locataires. Sans état des lieux en fin de séjour, c'est normal que pour les locataires suivants il y est des problèmes... C'est désolant. Je ne recommande pas.

High quality villa with stunning views of the coast.

Great villa, well equipped, modern and spacious. Superb for families, and groups of up to 10. Carlos is also a very helpful contact. Only negative is noisy building works in the valley below as construction work is ongoing, but hopefully this is temporary!

Vi tilbrakte 8 dager i dette herlige huset som absolutt stod til forventningene! Vi leide bil og strevde litt med å finne fram til tross for GPS. Her kunne annonsen til HomeAway vært mer konkret i veibeskrivelsen. Ellers var huset rent og godt utstyrt med det vi behøvde for oppholdet. Carlos, vår kontaktperson, var utrolig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt! Anbefaler å leie bil, da huset ligger et stykke unna butikk, og området rundt innbyr til fine turer!

Excelente casa y atención recibida

La casa estupenda, pedimos que nos abrieran una habitación de la planta mas baja que estaba cerrada y lo hicieron rápidamente. La atención recibida por parte de la empresa(Carlos) exquisita y eficaz. El sitio es tranquilo, las vista bonitas. Debe utilizarse coche para cualquier compra.

Das Haus ist toll. sehr sauber und es hat alles was man braucht. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Man hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Blick ist toll besonders abends. Der Pool ist klasse und man hat seht viele Aussenmöbel und Sonnenschirm. Würde jederzeit wieder hin fahren. Besonders die Betreuung von Carlos war perfekt. Er spricht fliessend Englisch und hat sich sehr gekümmert.

Fantastica casa Encantadora y de Ensueño

La casa es una pasada, grande, espaciosa y muy cómoda. Ha sido una experiencia fantàstica y única en ese lugar paradisiaco. Las vistas son espectaculares al mar, con todas las instalaciones muy limpias y buen mantenimiento. Hemos tenido una tranquilidad absoluta para pasar vacaciones maravillosas y agradable tiempo en familia. La piscina es muy limpia, se agradece contemplar el atardecer y la puesta del sol en la terraza. El personal que nos atendió muy amables y atentos. Han sido vacaciones inolvidables. La recomiendo si buscas paz, tranquilidad y buen ambiente.

Peaceful, lovely and relaxing

We spent with my family one week during December at Villa Paloma. The location is amazing with a stunning view of the beach. We slept on the voices of the waves. The view is unique and very peaceful. We walked down to the beach where we spent great time exploring the coast. The house is very cute and very comfortable with all required necessities. We had great dinners with the sun set which add to the charm of the place. It was a great week and I fully recommend this place.

Una terraza maravillosa con un resultado agridulce

Llegamos a esta casa con mucha ilusión cinco adultos. La primera sorpresa, que el armario de uno de los tres dormitorios que íbamos a usar tenía el armario cerrado y habían instalado una armario de tela portátil junto a la mesita de noche. Los lavabos olían mucho, sobre todo el de la habitación principal. Los ambientadores no conseguían eliminar la pestilencia. La fantástica terraza, carece de ningún tipo de sombra , no hay visillos en la estructura de madera (como tienen las otras viviendas) ni siquiera una sombrilla. Así que en verano desde las 11 de la mañana hasta que se oculta el sol, es imposible estar allí….solo se soporta dentro de la piscina. Lo mismo sucede en la terraza de los dormitorios. El viernes…la última noche, llegábamos a casa para nuestra ultima cena en la terraza maravillosa. Sorpresa… no había luz. Llamamos al encargado e inicialmente argumentaba que un viernes por la noche no podría encontrar a nadie, que era imposible…etc. Bien, si no puede subsanarse, alójanos en un hotel. En unos 20 minutos, llego con un electricista que consiguió solventar de forma provisional, la avería.
