  • The house is ideally located, 300 m from the beach and just a stone's throw from shops and restaurants.
The house is bright and features a double terrace where you can relax with a view of the mountains and a glimpse of the sea.
The neighborhood has a Mediterranean feel; the street is pedestrian-only, with just a few scooters and passersby chatting as they catch their breath on this slight incline.
