“The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc”

“Beautiful property overlooking the sea - well equipped and modern inside with tasteful decor. Wonderful communal pool which was deserted most of the time. Set in lovely landscaped gardens. Have given 4 stars only because it is quite a walk into La Herradura down steep hills - about 20 mins - 30 mins. Because it was so hot and humid (34 degrees and 80% humidity) we didn't attempt it and drove - would have been nice to be able to walk into town to get food but then you would sacrifice the location……

“I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. The stairs going up to the house……

“Ein rundum schöner Urlaub! Wir sind vom Vermieter und dem Verwalter sehr freundlich empfangen worden- trotz der späten Ankunft. Das Haus war sauber, entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und ist gut ausgestattet. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war war der Kontakt sehr nett. Das Haus und der Pool haben eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Lage am Hang erschwert allerdings zu Fuss in den Ort und an den Strand zu kommen. Auto ist empfehlenswert! Wir sagen herzlichen Dank! Haben die Zeit sehr genossen.……

“We are a family of 4, from the UK, who stayed in this apartment for 1 week in Aug 2024. The apartment is in a good location, next to a little park below the castle and it’s not far to walk down to the beach at all. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable (the ac was a god send!) with a lovely balcony, from which you can see the complex’s pool. Our daughters loved the pool! “Nice, spacious and clean house with upstanding forniture and design. Car is needed to go to the beach, but it's a feature easily understandable from the map and the description (no bad surprises) and it provides access to the complex swimming pool (very nice). Only weak spot: there was absolutely nothing in the house, not even toilet paper or salt. Strongly suggested an early arrival to do your own shopping!”

“Malgré un appartement où il n'y a vraiment rien à dire, il n'en est pas de même pour l'accès. En effet, l'appartement est situé en hauteur et cela peut être visible par rapport aux photos mais en aucun cas il est précisé que le chemin pour y arriver se compose en deux pentes très raides. Alors me direz vous, il y a les voitures, oui, certes, sauf qu'il n'y a pas de places de parking attitré et comme vous pouvez l'imaginer il y a du monde donc... déduction... Très difficile d'accès.
