“Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast selections were many including make-your-own waffles. Room was large and clean. Great location to reach the downtown area quickly.”

“Bait and switch. Pics on booking sites do not match actual rooms. Serious disrepair: -completely different decor -furniture broken -toilet was not secured, rocked when sat on -tiny vintage sink outside toilet/shower room (cool for a collector, unacceptable for a motel) -hadn’t been painted in god knows how long -ceiling light fixture started strobing when turned off (we have video) -loud music from hotel residents -front desk polite but clearly checked out Gateway to a national park should……

“The accommodation was nice and clean. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. The AC unit in the bedroom is a bit loud and ticks when it kicks on, but it was nice and cool in the hot weather. Ample supplies in the kitchen for coffee, and bathroom toiletries for the night. Overall a great experience.”

“The rooms were cleaned as well as possible but there is mold growing on the silicone on top of the showers in both rooms. There are tears and bunching of the carpet in the rooms. ”
