「The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and hygienic, and the staff were friendly! We, two adults and two ten-year-old children, absolutely loved it here. It had children's TV channels and a kitchen, which made every meal enjoyable and very convenient. The location is excellent, right next to the Paradise ski resort. Highly recommended!」

「This property has been neglected. Cigarette butts and dog feces on grounds--perhaps because there were no bins to dispose of waste. Sparse outdoor seating. Wiped up a water spill on the floor of our room with a paper towel and it came away filthy. The bed had as much motion as a water bed. No vanity in the bathroom so where do you put your toiletries? Sparse kitchenette with minimal utensils and strange mini-appliances. Convenient location but far from comfortable accommodations.」
