「Easy and friendly check in. Feels more like a hybrid fact/hotel hybrid. Rooms were clean and dining area/check in was clean. Wish this had more and hope the area around gets rebuilt to bring more dining options that complement the hotel. The service portion is there- very friendly. Hope century bar and grill or a breakfast location opens nearby.」

「We were excited to stay at Hotel Paisano because of its history, amenities, and location, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
One of the primary reasons we selected this hotel was the on-site restaurant, only to discover upon arrival that it was closed for renovations. This information was not clearly communicated in advance. In addition, the elevator was out of service during our stay, creating an inconvenience, especially for guests with mobility concerns.
