“We booked this a couple of hours before we arrived as we are driving to France. This has to be one of the best stays we've had in any hotel. The village itself is gorgeous and very quaint. The hotel is immaculate and full of character and charm. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The spa was unexpected and we had it all to ourselves. "The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient.
Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."
