“It was a great set up for me and my kids. Initially we were camped outside the barn in a field. The 2nd night we had rain and extreme wind. They were so gracious in allowing us to relocate to the barn with our tents. The barn had various small animals...almost like a petting zoo. My kids loved it. They provided many amenities and extras to help with the experience while staying there. We also thoroughly enjoyed horse back riding as well. My kids will never forget what an awesome time they had……

“This converted caboose was perfect for our stay while visiting Glacier National Park. It’s very clean and had all the necessary amenities inside as well as a deck out back and a fire pit to enjoy the nice view of the mountains.”

“Definitely big enough for a group but due to poor weather it ended up just being me my fiance and our two dogs. It was negative 30 degrees out at night and I was worried about it. But wow, it was so cozy and warm. The owners were so attentive. Was absolutely perfect. Will definitely be visiting again.”

“Everything was outstanding except the extremely dark parking area. There are small lights on the edges of the building, but they are woefully inadequate for the parking lot. A flashlight is an absolute must, and there is trip/fall danger at the steep edges of the asphalt due to the darkness at night. A very simple and cheap solution would be a dusk-to-dawn light on the existing power pole that is located on the parking lot. Power companies typically will install a light, and the monthly fee is……

“The Grand feels intimate and comfortable and is well situated in the middle of Hallispel's many restaurants and boutiques. A work in progress, the lobby shows promise for the rest of the hotel soon. The room was basic but very comfortable. It needs better windows and window treatments for sound and light blocking. The 'continental' breakfast should not be dismissed, with fresh quiche, good coffee, and more. Recommended. ”

“I Have no complaints about my stay. It is in somewhat of a commercial area, which was nice as it was close to business's I needed to visit. I is a business type set up with companies that rent smaller rooms and such. I was a little surprised that there wasn't a TV in the room, but I wasn't there that much to take advantage of it if there was.”

“The stay is as advertized, clean and quaint. Has everything you need if you’re in town to hike GNP and just need a place to sleep/shower and cook. 20 minutes from the park, great food options around, the host is great and friendly. Property has turkeys running around, our baby loved that (We had our 9 month old with us, the stay was baby appropriate too) :) would stay again!”
