This was a great location in an amazing small town. Great views of the monastery and town below. A ton of room. We had our family travelling together. 11 of us including some small children. Having a fenced yard with play equipment was a plus.

My family and I ( four adults and three children) spent a week recently in this house in Alpirsbach. The house was clean, functional, comfortable, quiet and in a residential neighborhood. The location is within walking distance to the old and new parts of the village of Alpirsbach inclusive of grocery stores, the Alpirsbacher brewery, Gasthaus', bakeries and sundry village shops. The Roth's have been easy to work with and the property manager, Samantha, helpful and responsive. Other than our check-in and out visit with Samantha we had no need to contact her. All went well. Native English speakers with little or no German language skills need not be apprehensive as most of the local residents have rudimentary English language skills. Kudos and bravo for them.

Eine tolle Zeit

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und die Kinder haben sich vor allem über die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten gefreut. Wir konnten bei dem tollen Ausblick und der gemütlichen Ausstattung gut entspannen und viel in der Gegend unternehmen!

Das Haus bietet alles was das Herz begehrt , Stilvoll und Charmant eingerichtet . Die Lage ist ein Traum , Blick über Alpirsbach und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge über dem Schwarzwald. Toller Ausblick, stadtnah, waldnah, hundefreundlich

Wir haben als Paar den Platz, die Ruhe und das Wellnessangebot im Haus sehr genossen. Für Hundebesitzer perfekt, weil das Grundstück ruhig und eingezäunt ist. Wir hatten die perfekte Auszeit, auch bei regnerischem Novemberwetter: bergige Wanderwege beginnen 5 Min entfernt, historische Altstadt mit Kloster und Brauerei etc. 5 Min entfernt, Einkaufmöglichkeiten waren nah. Fasssauna mit Aufguss, Kamin, Badewanne, ausgepowerter Hund, bequeme Betten mit Blick auf den Schwarzwald und ein grundsauberes Haus. Es gab DVDs, Bücher, Zeitschriften und ein paar Spiele. Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren einwandfrei. Kuscheldecken haben wir uns selbst mitgebracht, da gab es nur eine.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick!

Wir sind mit 10 Kolleginnen im Ferienhaus Burghalde in Alpirsbach gewesen. Es waren 3 schöne Tage, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders war der Ausblick vom Wohnraum und von der Terrasse. Einfach traumhaft schön. Die Fasssauna wurde auch von einigen gerne benutzt. Das Ferienhaus ist zu empfehlen.

Traumwochenende

Unser Traumwochenende haben wir im Ferienhaus Burghalde in Alpirsbach verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hell, super ausgestattet und verfügt über einen traumhaften Ausblick über Alpirsbach mit atemberaubender Sicht auf den Schwarzwald. Unsere Hündin war auch ganz begeistert, da sie ein kuscheliges Bettchen am gemütlichen Kamin und einen großen Garten hatte, in dem sie herumtollen konnte. Ein besonderes Highlight war auch die Fasssauna im Garten, die zu einem sehr entspannten Wochenende beitrug. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist wirklich super toll, gut ausgestattete Küche, inkl. Backofen, Herd, Spülmaschine, extra Waschraum mit Trockner und Waschmaschine perfekt. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sauber und sehr ordentlich. Der Ofen ist gut zu befeuern und heizt schnell ein, super Raumaufteilung, wirklich das Einzige was etwas zu bemängeln ist , ist der Tisch, wenn man als Gruppe kommt ist der leider zu klein. Ein toller Garten und die Sauna... ein Traum, bequeme Betten. Wirklich ein Traumurlaubshaus, auch gerade mit Hund
