Summary:
Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature.
The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.
The Space:
The main hall is a large vaulted room with two central columns, once used as a bull stable and later as the clubhouse of the equestrian center. One corner of the hall houses the kitchen, delineated by a bar-style counter made of local walnut. The room features a sofa bed for two people, armchairs, a dining area, and access to the garden.
The bedroom, made of stone, has a double bed (160x190 cm), a desk, and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is spacious, with a sink, bidet, toilet, and a 90x70 cm shower.
The storage/laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies.
The adjacent porch is accessible for dining or working on the computer outdoors.
Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the entire house (living room, bedroom, bathroom, entrance, storage room/laundry).
You can use the dining table under the external porch for eating or working.
You can use the outdoor garden.
