“小型酒店，祇有5層高，每層兩個單位。位置在聖家教堂及地鐵，觀光巴士附近，非常方便，吃的地方很多。我住兩房有浴室2間及客廳，厨房。用具齊全，可以煮食，洗衣服。室內十分整潔舒適。多人住宿也可以。整體而言，一間不錯及抵住酒店。”

“Very bad, firstly there is no air conditioning but we knew it before our payment so that’s fine. Secondly, the bed is very dirty with hair dust on it. Lastly which is also the most terrible thing is someone tried to open our door at midnight and tried to break in our room with keys. We reported the host and asked for refund but she just ignored our concerns with an indifferent attitude ”

“Our flight was delayed for several hours so we did get there until the next day. When we got there our place was given away and they gave us the small place that wasn't going to work for us. I did speak to the owner and got me another place that was very nice. He did offer to refund us one of days stay. Which was very professional of him and I would stay at any of Mr. M's properties. ”

“Walking distance to Sagadra Famaliar! The receptionist is very nice and responsible! Next to apartment is a big supermarket where everything can be found. However, the apartment (4/f, 1)condition is quite poor! One bedroom without air condition, and the door without lock, one big glass is broken, water drops from the living room ceiling, the electric curtain is out of order....frankly, quite different from the pictures n very disappointed !”

“Very home environment, the living function in the vicinity is perfect. If the bathroom shower leaks and the hot water is not available all the time, could be improved it will perfect.”

“This was a terrible experience for checking in. Our host wouldn’t respond and we waited 3hrs to get into the apartment. We missed our Basílica tour time and couldn’t get tickets for next day. The room was not clean and available until much later. Cleaning was poor, floors and carpets was still dirty. I would not recommend this place at all. Coffee machine available but no coffee pods. There’s restaurants close by. Had to go through VRBO customer service, poor communication with host.”

“No very easy and good place to book. Many incongruous procedures to finish your booking including money wire for deposit. I suggest read very well before book it and NOT DO BOOK IN LAST MINUTE THIS PLACE! Staff member were responsible and helpful for the check-in inconvenience. The place is clean and not a bad appearance but the lacking of AC or just s fan in Barcelona in June is very bad! Location is excellent! But, it's located in a regular residential building and I had a bad experience with……

“The suite was in a great location for visiting the Sagrada Familia and surrounding restaurants with easy access to the metro for exploring further afield. It was spacious with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay and was very clean upon arrival. The washing machine with dryer made doing our laundry easy. The only negatives were the street noise and a very small shower.”
