“This property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It fit our family of 4 very nicely. The view from the cabin was beautiful. If you have a boat, there is a dock you can tie up to. I will say the stairs to the dock are very steep and may be challenging for older guests, but they did not bother us. The owner was responsive and easy to work with.”

“It was a perfect setting for a much needed getaway and rest. Very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy ourselves. “My husband booked our stay at the cabin which was almost ruined by VRBO from them neglecting to let him know there would be communication outside of the app. We arrived at night so it was dark and hard to see the place because there are no lights. “Laura was a delight during the check in process communication was quick and e. She was incredibly accommodating of our travel time. The house was delightfully rustic, comfortably familiar and oh so peaceful. The views are the absolute best from the top bedroom to the deck to the dock… SPECTACULAR! “Lovely house. Plenty of space for everyone the “kids”in the family loved the games room in the basement. Some areas inside could have been cleaner. Crumbs on a recliner. Many light bulbs were not working. The 2 ovens were extremely dirty and many of the pots, pans and baking trays need to be replaced. The outside could do with some cleanup work.”

“We had an awesome time in this little quaint loft. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend the place for anyone staying in or near Bedford. We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Liberty University. It was about a 20-25 minute drive to campus but very accessible.
