Altea Hills: Cosy apartment block "Los Lirios", built in 2011. 7.5 km from the centre of Altea, in a quiet position, 3.9 km from the sea, 3.9 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, 2 swimming pools (20 x 7 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, children's playground. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking. Shop 7.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 4.7 km, bar 4.7 km, bus stop 4.7 km, sandy beach "Calpe" 11 km, shingle beach 3.5 km.
