The most beautiful views of the Bay of Altea and the Sierra Bernia.
You can enjoy an unforgettable stay with family and friends.
This villa has two independent rooms. In the first room, we have two bedrooms, a bathroom, an American kitchen, a living room, and the main terrace.
Going down the exterior stairs, we have the pool and the entrance to the second room where we find an open living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The urbanization in which this house is located is very quiet, the first street that leads to the sea consists of the best beach bars in the town and is only a 15-minute walk away.

EXTERIOR: you have a private pool with hammocks, a BBQ grill, refrigerator and sink and a large space where you can enjoy wonderful evenings facing the sea.

You cannot rent more than 10 consecutive nights to the same guest in reference to decree law 9/2024 of August 2 of the Valencian Community.
Available for a maximum of 10 nights

Beautiful location but it also stops there ...

The location was perfect. We had 3 kitchens, 2 of which were completely empty. In the main kitchen (this house was available for 8 people) we had 2 teaspoons, a minimum of cutlery, glasses, etc. We even had to buy matches to light the stove. For a stay of 16 days for 6 people we received 2 towels per person and also 1 kitchen towel. There was a dishwasher with 2 soap tabs. There was a washing machine where we also got 2 tabs, but unfortunately we even had to buy washing pins. We had bad wifi, no television and no radio, It gave us the impression that we have paid a lot for the view, but otherwise this is not advisable. We even had to refill the pool a few times with water because the filter sucks air which, in our case is not due to the swimming itself but to what I suppose to be a leak.
