「优点：车开进庭院大门的时候，几乎所有人都“哇”出了声。曾是皇家狩猎行宫的酒店恢弘气派，整个建筑和庭院极致对称，视觉冲击巨大。院子里不能停车，只有少数两三个刚check-in的车停在门口。check-in过程很顺利，负责的staff态度很好，给我们升级了一间房以及每间房送了一支红酒，是酒店自己的酒庄，出人意料的好喝。 晚上在酒店的意大利餐厅用餐，非常满，要提前订座。味道很好。 第二天一早，从酒店能看到科隆的天际线，大教堂的尖尖顶就正对着酒店大门。酒店所在的bensberg小城很安静，下面一条街就有很多bakery，吃早餐也非常方便。 缺点：房间很小，即使upgrade的那间也算不上宽敞。职员态度很好但是服务速度实在有点慢，要个热水等得我睡着了两觉才送来个烧水壶。 另外停车比较贵，我们停在了酒店步行5分钟的教堂，overnight不要钱。」

「Das Hotel liegt ziemlich abgelegen, so dass ich trotz Anfahrt mit dem Taxi Probleme hatte, es zu finden. Ansonsten war alles top, vom reichhaltigem Frühstück über super Personal, Klimaanlage, bis hin zu sauberen Zimmern mit bequemen Betten. 」

「Nous sommes allés en hiver pendant les marchés de Noël. Le cadre est idyllique. Notre vue sur la chambre était surprenante. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous étions dans une suite familiale lit en baldaquin chacun avait son espace autant les enfants que les adultes. L’espace ne manquait pas. Nous y retournerons sans problème😉」

「Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Spontan eine Nacht zu verlängern wurde möglich gemacht. Frühstück sehr lecker. Für Veganer gibt es auf Nachfrage Milch-Alternativen für's Müsli. S-Bahn Station ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und so kommt man schnell nach Köln Messe/Deutz oder nach Köln.」

「Spacious room. Nice breakfast. Staff are helpful. The hotel is not closed to the main station but it’s nearby the stadium. I was there for the soccer match. It was good that I could go back to the hotel quickly. I had a light dining there which was good. If you don’t want a long walk back to the city center or train station this hotel is a good choice.」

「I was really impressed by this property and the city it's in, Bergish Gladbach. First, the hotel is owned and managed by the son of the original owner. It is a well cared for establishment, which sits on the west side of Bergish Gladbach on the edge of a forest that surrounds the city.
