This is a beautiful and quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing weekend. A few things to be aware of for future guests: the main parking lot fills up very quickly on weekend evenings. There is an additional lot across the street, but it's easy to miss until you see other cars parked there. Also, note that the restaurant does not have its own restroom facilities.

They DO NOT have staff at night. We tried to check in and call for assistance but were unable to do so. We ended up going to another hotel that was open and had a receptionist. We could not check into this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! Hardly easily accessible, but worth the climb into the Erzgebirge! Facilities all shiny and new; rooms very nice. I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. It’s just exactly like McDonald’s: you make your selections on an electronic board and pay at the board. Everything is ala carte. Then you take your beverages out of a cooler and grab a bottle opener. Tap beer, for some reason, still has to be ordered at the bar and paid in cash. Meals are delivered to the table on a plastic tray—- just likeMcDonalds. Way to ruin a rustic hotel experience!!!

Lage und Sauberkeit des Hotels sind sind ohne Kritik. unzumutbar der checkin.....letztlich hat uns eine Angestellte nach längerem hin und her die Zimmerschlüssel übergeben. Ähnlich der checkout.....hier war dazu die Bezahlung erst nach mehreren Rückrufen durch das Personal geklärt..... vom Konto ohne jegliche Ifo abgebucht. Service...... meist nur eine Angestellte da, die sich um alles incl.Küche kümmern muß , und am 21.5. gegen 20. 00 Uhr gabs kein Pilsner Bier mehr..Der Gipfel: 0,5 Ltr. Feldschlösschen Pils kostet 4,50€..... bei Selbstbedienung!!!! Alles in allem ......trotz Fleiß der ganz wenigen tschechischen Angestelltinnen ist diese Hotel NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT !

Es fehlte ein Badetuch, was erst ein Tag später kam, das Frühstück sollte erst ab 8:00 Uhr sein, war aber später, leider nicht gut für Außendienstler, da man keinen erreicht und alles über tablet läuft. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Es ist eine Personallose Rezeption und Gastronomie, bestellen über Automaten und Essen kommt. Die Getränke nimmt man selber aus den Kühlschränken. Ich fände das super Problemlos

Self Service - Selbstbedienung im Restaurant

Restaurant ist Selbstbedienung. Bestellung per APP oder Terminal. Wie mei MC Donald. Das muss man mögen, oder sich erst daran gewöhnen. Änderungswünsche mit kleinen Kindern ist eher schwierig. Essen war aber gut und lecker. Check In erfolgt auch über ein Terminal. Da muss man erst mal sich einarbeiten. Ging aber am Ende auch, weil die gute Küchenfee uns dann noch geholfen hat.

Schönes Hotel. Schöne Gegend. Zahlsystem beim Abendessen wie bei MacDonald und somit etwas unpersönlich. Personal nur tschechisch und dadurch ab und zu Kommunikationsprobleme. Für den Preis aber echt ein gutes Hotel.

Wonderful forest retreat

Great hotel for a nice, relaxing get away. Nestled in a beautiful valley and surrounded by forest you feel at one with nature. The breakfast was great, the restaurant good, and staff helpful. Only down side is the relatively early closing time for evening food. 20:00 seems quite early for last orders.
