“Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment Hotel sehr unzufrieden. Ein entscheidender Buchungsgrund für mich war die angeblich vorhandene Klimaanlage. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass entweder keine funktionierende Klimaanlage existiert oder sie schlicht nicht genutzt wird. In meinem Zimmer herrschten Temperaturen von rund 29 °C – von einem klimatisierten Raum kann hier absolut keine Rede sein.
