「The over-all stay was good. The process to get the home reserved and to get checked in was much to be desired. First, there should be an option to pay for the whole trip upfront. Not two payments on different days. This is just unnecessary and frustrating. I had to make several attempts get the information for the actual unit we were staying in. The communication between VRBO and the customer was very inconsistent, and I had to track down the information to sign the rental agreement and get the...
