El Capitan (C-4), condo sleeps six with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. El Capitan is conveniently located minutes from downtown Ruidoso shopping, 15 minutes from the casino, and Ski Run Road that gets you to Ski Apache

At El Capitan (C-4), this condo sleeps six with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove top range, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.

The wood burning fireplace in the living room adds to the Ruidoso experience as well as the deck with grill and outdoor seating for those cool evenings to relax and enjoy cooking, taking in the night sky, or to enjoy your morning coffee and the amazing view of the mountains.

Our Office is open Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm at 220 Lookout Drive Ruidoso, NM 88345

El Capitan is conveniently located minutes from downtown Ruidoso shopping, 15 minutes from the casino, and 18 miles from Ski Apache. Several golf courses are in the area that are open to the public, and we are minutes from family fun activities, such as, swimming, go karts and putt putt golf.

Check in times are after 3:00p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m.
Our rental agreement will be sent via email and will need to be signed and returned before you are given access to the rental.

NO AC in bedrooms

Like I said NO AC in bedrooms at night it was hot. Called the office to fine out that that cabin does not have AC. It was clean but if you would look up it was full of spider web's. The cabin is nice for a short weekend.

Great value and location, below average customer service

Really enjoyed our stay, and value was great, however compared to several other experiences, owner and maintenance team were inaccessible. First night noticed damage to door and reported it with no response. There were electrical and lighting issues we reported, but were never resolved despite making contact via listed maintenance number. Property was relaxing and nice and we had a good time, just wish there had been more active assistance to resolve minor issues.

This condo is nice. Has plenty of living and kitchen space and the deck was nice. I would say the listing needs to be amended to state there are stairs and the bedrooms are down stairs and the living area and kitchen are upstairs. I should have asked that specific question when booking as my mother in law had trouble with the stairs. The listing also says “air conditioning”. There is one window unit upstairs. Downstairs in the bedrooms, it was hot sleeping. I like that each room had a bathroom and shower and a half bath upstairs. Thank you.
