“The pictures didn’t lie. The layout of the house fit so well for all of our ages. It exceeded most of our expectations. The pool was so fun for all. The game room brought all together at night. Kayaking the canal was a great experience. Our grandson’s highlight was catching the Garfish. Being able to spend time together with our family at this very accommodative location will be a treasured memory.”

“This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!”

“We had a wonderful Girls Get Away. We relaxed by the pool and hot tub. We watched the basketball games out on the patio. That was so nice. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the property manager came right over. She was absolutely wonderful! So very helpful!!! It was just a wonderful place to be together and spend time talking and hanging out. Just what the doctor ordered!”

“Short version: don’t second guess this property; just book it! Bit longer version: absolutely amazing home right on a canal. Extremely responsive and friendly hosts. Super easy booking and check in process. Forget something? Trust me, they thought of it. Lovely decorated house (super clean!) with a great layout and gorgeous view of the outdoor living space and pool. Access to kayaks and paddle boats. Good fishing and so fun to feed the turtles. Very quiet neighborhood that we took walks……

“Everything about our stay was perfect. There were enough towels, toilet paper, amenities that we didn't want for anything. The layout was nice and worked well for our family. We had person with a walker staying with us and it was very accessible for her to get around and shower with the zero entry shower.”

“Loved the canal front property, the privacy of the house with the pool, the cleanliness of the house and the helpfulness of the property management staff. The only thing that took us by surprise was that the property was charging us for electricity. We didn't notice it in the listing (may have missed it) but saw it in the communication when the property details were sent to us. This is the first time we've had to pay this but have heard from other vacation home owners that many renters are……

The pictures of the house are as exactly as the house is. We spent many days enjoying the pool and spacious lanai. This is the perfect house and would love to stay there every year.”

“We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed……
