“This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. “This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.”

“Everything worked and was clean. The location is perfect with bus stations and metro stations within 5 min walking. The supermarket nearby has all the essentials. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!”

"The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick."
