Visited family and location was perfect. Room was big, plenty of storage, bathroom and shower was good. Room was hot though and the ac wasn’t brilliant but they provided a fan. They also offered us to change rooms which we didn’t want to do. Good choice of breakfast items Lovely wine shop attached with good prices Nice bar area Staff very helpful and friendly xxx

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu erreichen und hat eine zentrale Lage in Alzey. Alles ist sehr angenehm und zweckmäßig gestaltet. Der Stern Abzug ist aus meiner Sicht etwas zuviel, jedoch sind halbe Sterne nicht möglich. Die Matratzen waren für meine Frau und mich etwas zu hart und die Backwaren zum Frühstück sind leider nicht wirklich sehr gut. Die Brötchen sind in Aufbackware die nicht wirklich knusprig aufgebacken wurden (unten leicht braun oben nicht mal das), das Brot am Samstag war frisch und lecker, aber am Sonntag konnte es nur vom Vortrag sein. Das restliche Gebäck hatte eine vergleichbare Qualität.

Verwachtingen helaas niet helemaal waar gemaakt.

Het hotel is vrij nieuw (2015) en ziet binnen fraai uit met ruime kamers en luxe badkamer. De ligging is aan een redelijk drukke straat en de voorgevel heeft weinig uitstraling en is daarmee weinig uitnodigend. Het ontbijt is ruim en van goede smaak. De dagen dat wij in het hotel verbleven was het warm en we hadden juist dit hotel gekozen omdat het van airco is voorzien. Helaas was het systeem defect en heeft het bijna 3 dagen geduurd voordat het weer functioneerde, met als gevolg dat het dag en nacht ca. 28 graden op onze kamer was. Bij aankomst werd ons een kamer aangeboden , die niet in overeenstemming was met de booking. De alternatief aangeboden kamer had een zeer matig uitzicht. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk maar niet zo professioneel veel kleine missers. Algemeen zijn de beoordelingen van dit hotel te hoog en is de prijs/ prestatie verhouding niet goed ( te duur voor dat wat geboden wordt in relatie tot andere locaties) Ervaringen hebben we met het management van het hotel besproken.

Wir kamen sehr spät an (nach Mitternacht), aber es wurden uns noch 2 Babybetten bereitgestellt und aufgebaut. Sehr guter Service und tolles Ambiente. Wir werden demnächst für einen weiteren längeren Urlaub wiederkommen.
