「no water for shower at all」

「Location wise, the hotel is perfect for attending concerts at the Royal Arena, but that’s it. The room is very basic. We don’t even get a kettle.」

「N/a」

「Very high class hotel. Very clean and staff are kind. Free wine hour vouchers.👍」

「we've booked two same suite but at the end the hotel gave us one ensuite and one smaller room the charge of the room are the same which we are very disappointed with this but they hotel said they don't have other room for us. the kitchen supplies was not enough, there is no spoon / folks / knife in one of our room and I requested for it but never deliver to us. the so call "room cleaning" service is not daily. they will not clean the bathroom bin / take your rubbish everyday. For a budget...

「Convenient location and good staff service.」

「Worst airport hotel ever at that price range. Alsmost no amenities, one small pillow, towel, and small blanket for 2 persons stay. I had to go down to the reception to make a complain and after speaking to the expressionless front desk staff, I was given one item of each to bring back to the room by myself. The floor, was not properly cleaned」

「Check in is smooth with digital key in app. Good view of habour and comfortable space in room. Hotel is within walking distance from train and metro stations. Breakfast is good with choices. Just need to remember to request hotel for makeup room service if required as hotel will observe its green policy letting guests keep using current room amenities if changes are not requested.」
