It was an excellent stay. Getting there was easy and walking distance to shops and dining. Check in was also very easy as we were guided by a worker to show us how to get to our room. The workers here always assisted us with questions we had and the room itself was very clean, comfortable, and cozy.

Property is in great location close to everything. Communication with staff and check in was very good. Our apartment was spacious and clean with nice views. The only minus was that the stairs immediately leading to the front door were very steep but I would still recommend the stay.

The good- Very clean and spacious room. The young man took our bags to the room. The bad- Just getting to the building requires going up several sets of steep stairs. Once you get to the building you have to go up an equivalant of 3 flights of steep stairs. My wife gave up and stayed with my daughter at another hotel. This is not shown in any of the pictures or description.I am surprised that in all the reviews this is not mentioned. It is so confusing to get there that on day of arrival they acually send a video to show the way. It is dangerous if you have any health issues or have young children.

This place was beautiful. There are many, many, many stairs, make no mistake. Do yourself a favor and dowload WhatsApp so they can communicate with you. I did this too late and missed out on the chance to have a porter take up the luggage. I highly reccomend you take advantage of this. I beleive the price was $10/bag as of this writting. It is beyond worth it. The city is adorable and the hospitality at the residence is great. Definitely reccomend.
