“Great location.”

“Colleen was a great host with excellent communication and went out of her way to correct an error on my part! Would definitely stay again!”

“It was good we will ve back again nexts year”

“Excellent place to stay, lots of room for grandkids to build snowman, have snowball fight, and roam safely. Home is very comfortable for grandparents, parents and 2 kids. Three bedrooms, each with king bed made this very comfortable. Everything was clean, in good shape and the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. We will stay here anytime we visit Red River.”

“Great location, clean and reasonably priced.”

“This was our second time staying in the bear room and it was amazing. The room is centrally located in town which makes venturing out nice. The room has a full kitchen which we take full advantage of making meals and keeping groceries stocked. ”

“Place was very clean and spacious! Had all you need and more. Although not an issue for us, the entrance is on the upper deck. Also, I failed to see there is no AC. They do provide a water cooler style AC on the lower level. You are at the mercy of opening windows and Mother Nature providing cooler air to come in. Each room does come with great fans. We would stay here again! The location has great sun rise views!”

“Place is as described. Best shower pressure I’ve ever had in a rental! ”

“The location is great but the condo is a bit tired. The TV set-up is out of the 1990's. There were no instructions on how to use the TV or the fireplace and I had to have maintenance come figure it out. The heating system is loud and outdated. The condo generally needs to be updated. ”

“Overall, the property is pretty accurately described online. One of the difficulties we had was that upon arrival the cabin had been closed up for at least an overnight and was extremely warm. It does not cool off very quickly because the only windows that open are all on the same side of the house, so it’s not possible to get any kind of a breeze or draft. The bed is comfortable. The shower is nice. The dining area leaves something to be desired. There’s no drawer space for clothes. The cabin is……

“Near the stream ”

“We loved our stay here! It was vintage with a cozy feel. We even saw deer one night! Loved red river! ”

“The cabin is really nice and clean. Close to the town so you can walk to go eat or go shopping. Neighbors around the property were super cool as well. We will be staying here again. ”

“The carpet was disgusting The toilet upstairs (the main toilet) didn’t work it kept catching The carpet in the kitchen was buckled The flooring creeped all over The fixtures and finishes are from 1972 It’s just overall tired and to be charged too much a night is insane We recently stayed in a VRBO Piazza San Della Signoria in Florence for less than this “place” a night with clean everything! You may want to review your properties or expect more from the homeowners”
