“The best hotel I've ever stayed in”

“The on-site manager, Jessica is very rude and has a power trip over the facilities! She makes assumptions and does not ask questions before she starts bossing people and threatening to escort them off the premises when she doesn’t even know what’s going on. The Front Desk staff was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. There were a few shortcomings but nothing that we couldn’t get past the on-site manager Jessica made my stay horrible and I will be reaching out to the general manager.”

“I picked it for the price and theme and was not disappointed. The host left some food freebies around which was nice. Some would complain about the nighttime train activity, but I wasn’t. The host was working in the hanger next door and was very friendly and informative. I’d come back.”
