Great location for all things WTAMU and Palo Duro Canyon! Easy walk to campus.

We are registered with the City of Canyon. The house is clean, bright and spacious with sky lights and lots of windows. The bedrooms are cozy and the kitchen is stocked with essentials. It has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room to keep the temperature comfortable. The house features two full bathrooms. The tub and shower area in the one of the bathrooms is separated by a door from the toilet and sink area and is accessible from the master bedroom and from the hallway. Near enough to campus to walk to games and events. Just a five minute drive to downtown Canyon, 15 minutes to Palo Duro Canyon and a 23 minute drive to downtown Amarillo. The house is in an isolated subdivision with easy access. The home has a rear-entry two-car garage. The backyard is private with a large covered brick patio.

Great house! Clean and well maintained. Wi-fi and Roku TV worked flawlessly. Stayed 2 nights while visiting family in Tulia. The location worked out great.

Very clean and cozy house with a great location!

I booked this house for a spring break trip to hike at Palo Duro Canyon. The house was great! Plenty of space, very clean and well stocked and perfect location to the park and Canyon! My kids loved the ping pong table as well. I recommend staying here for sure!

Home away from home!

Beautiful property, excellent hosts, great location across from WTAMU. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with all of our kids. Thanks for everything, we'll definitely be back!

What a gem!

We stayed here for 3 days while attending my stepdaughter's WTAMU graduation. The house was so charming and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, directly across from First United Bank Center. Will stay here again on our next trip to Canyon!

Home Away From Home

We return every year to this property. The house is clean and welcoming, with plenty of entertainment options. The owners are super attentive and provide good communication. It is conveniently located with easy access to the university, local dining and shopping, and is only 15 minutes away from the Palo Duro Canyon.

Plenty of room for my family (6 adults). Loved the house layout! Host even left us a loaf of dessert bread for our arrival. Also there was plenty of cookware and even some condiments and coffee in the cupboard. The very best place we have stayed at. The price was less than hotel.

Girls’ Getaway

A group of us friends from high school visited Canyon for a couple of days just to reconnect. We took in the show “Texas!” in Palo Duro Canyon and took a walking tour of WT, where one of the friends played college basketball many years ago. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. It’s a great location. We felt very at home and safe. Each had our own bedroom. We will be back!

Felt like home.

The property is well maintained, clean, and convenient to the places that we were interested in visiting. Joe and Pam are excellent hosts and great communicators. We have used this property the last 3 times that we have visited Canyon and look forward to booking with them again next year. The garage has a ping pong table and my friends were up late into the night enjoying some epic table tennis battles. When we arrived the first day, Pam had a delicious banana nut bread waiting for us. We are looking forward to coming back.

Quick trip to visit friends

The property owners made out stay very easy. My only comment would be pillows. I have a sensitive neck and usually bring my own pillow. I forgot to do so. The one I used was too high for me. So others might think about bringing their own pillow. Personal preference. But the house was very comfortable and clean.
