「Searching for reviews on this hotel all were very good. But I didn't have such a good experience, for many reasons. 1- When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. I was asked for paying although the payment was comprised in my booking. 2- the air conditioner didn't work properly... was whether too warm or too cold. Besides, the bed was placed below the cold air outlet, very uncomfortable!! 3- Although clean, the shower didn't have any curtain or box, and water was spread out all over...
