“Los servicios del hotel están muy por debajo del precio que cobran. Durante mi estadía: (1) No funcionaba la llave del lavamanos. (2) No rellenaron los depósitos de gel de baño ni shampoo. (3) Aunque la conexión al router funciona, el internet no sirve. (4) El televisor está bloqueado para la conexión a internet. (5) Hace falta un coworking funcional en comodidad y conectividad.”

“Been staying at Andidos Florencia for the past 5 years and my experience with the staff and the food has been exceptional. You can see some things need upgrade already due to the past of time but they try to keep everything up to standards . The manager is always there and willing to help and accommodate the guest. Very good service won’t change it for any other hotel in Florencia”

“No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm. No shampoo - only a small bar of soap - something I would expect in a hostel, but not in a "boutique " hotel. Worst part was the night- rooms have no sound proofing, and you ……

“The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! ”

“El desayuno fue excelente, el espacio completamente adecuado y el staff tuvo un buen trato todo el tiempo con nosotras. Sin embargo habiamos solicitado un apartamento con balcón y nos dieron uno en un rincon, el sofá parecía tener pulgas pero con ayuda del staff nos ayudaron a con la limpieza del sofá, por lo demás muy buen servicio.”

“What an amazing experience from the get go, Cesar met me at the dock and led the way to this beautiful secret piece of heaven Satori , it was perfect , so peaceful, my cabin was perfect clean , towel and mosquito net (although I was not bothered by any) I enjoyed the breakfast and my coffee in the morning. Cesar is just amazing felt like a good friend! His hospitality is so kind, welcoming and warm and nothing is too much to ask, he will help with anything! I’ve been introduced to delicious……

“Todo estuvo maravilloso pero no tienen datáfono y en la página dice que se puede pagar con visa o Mastercard pero no es verdad tienen un link pero el link no funciona. Deben tener datáfono para un lugar asi. El rest todo maravilloso comidas y servicio super bueno. Pero llegar al check out y no poder pagar con tarjeta ea algo que realmente molesta. ”

“The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken……
