“Very comfortable suite! The staff cannot be more obliging and friendly, and even the part owner of the hotel was a visible and friendly presence . Housecleaning is fab and front desk esp Elizabeth and Amber and Kalen are very helpful.
It is a very new hotel and there were one or two teething problems but these were immediately addressed and resolved by the staff and owner.
There isnt a dining area within the hotel but there are so many restaurants and cafes within a 2 minute walk from the……

“Hotel and location were great. Mixup on the reservation meant that I was charged double- once through a travel service and then directly through the hotel. The hotel would not refund the duplicate booking so I paid twice for one room. This was disappointing, in addition to being woken up in the middle of the night by a person screaming obscenities outside of my son’s room. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels.
