“The star rating on this property by various sources appears way too high. The rating and name and some photos imply it is a luxurious full service property. It is not. There is no one at the front desk from 10am to 8am. The street noise level, at lease in some rooms, is very loud. I was surprised the room did not come with a noise machine and ear plugs. One source stated airport shuttle - no such shuttle - they call you a taxi. The room itself is very very basic - nothing luxurious. ”

He responded to our messages within a minute through WhatsApp. Even though we arrived late at night on one occasion, he made the entry process easy by responding immediately upon our arrival. Although we never met in person, he was always available to help. We stayed twice, on either end of a trip to Taormina. We stayed in two different rooms. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was quiet, modern and very clean. The shower in particular was incredible and we loved the large bed.
