Overlooking Lake Orta. Plenty of room, private garden with pool

La Rustica is a spacious holiday home located in the ancient village of Vacciago, a small hamlet in the Municipality of Ameno. It has a spectacular view of Lake Orta and the surrounding hills, and offers plenty of tranquility, away from busy roads.
It is arranged on three floors connected by a beautiful marble staircase. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a small bathroom and a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have large terraces overlooking the lake. The beautiful stone courtyard is equipped with a sunshade and a table for outdoor dining. In the garden there is a new in-ground swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 m, height 1.40 m for exclusive use with sun loungers. The pool is sanitized with salt instead of chlorine and is therefore more natural on the skin. Wifi and air conditioning. Reservations are accepted only from families or retired couples (no groups of friends).

Very spacious house with all equipment required for a relaxing family holiday. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, availability of plenty of towels and fantastic view on Lake Orta from the terrace. While the pool is rather small, it is very clean using salt water and very enjoyable as a flexible alternative to swimming in the lake. Ilaria as our host was very friendly and supportive. Communication with her was very fast, flexible and clear.

Lovely house in beautiful location

Really enjoyed our holiday by Lake Orta. The house is really spacious with everything we needed. Ilaria is lovely, she met us when we arrived and showed us around and explained how everything worked. Really liked the pool too. The house is in a little hamlet with a small shop and restaurant, and about ten minutes drive to Orta San Giulio, which is beautiful, and about five minutes drive to the nearest beach with cafe, kayaks, etc. You could walk but it is very hilly. Would definitely recommend this property and location.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen bis auf das Wetter aber wenn kann ich dafür verantwortlich machen??? Schönes Haus, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, toller Pool und wie schon oben erwähnt eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Geräumiges Haus mit herrlichem Blick auf den Ortasee

Der Aufenthalt bei Ilaria war sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr groß und vor allem sehr sauber, die Lage perfekt, genügend Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder Wanderungen können direkt vom Haus gestartet werden. Wir haben die Woche als Familie mit sechs Personen und einem Kleinkind sehr genossen. Vielen Dank

Well-equipped house in a quiet location

Well-equipped house on a quiet location. The house is spacious and has all the comfort you need, kitchen is well equiped, enough outdoor gear to enjoy the pool. Only downside is that all bathrooms are rather small and the bathroom on the ground floor has a very outdated shower (in a bath tub) .The other two bathrooms have a new shower installed which are perfectly ok. No air conditioning, but fans are available in the bedrooms. The agency is very helpfull in case of any issue and gives usefull tips on restaurants and trips in the area.

Excellent séjour, villa spacieuse, bien équipée avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est conforme aux photos et à la description. Les pièces sont très spacieuses, disposent de rangements et ont toutes une belle vue sur le lac. La cuisine est bien équipée, le second frigo est appréciable. Le jardin est très agréable, avec, lui aussi une belle vue et la piscine, bien que petite nous a permis de bien nous rafraichir. La communication avec Ilaria est très facile. Elle est très sympathique, soucieuse de notre bien être sans nous déranger. Je recommande vivement cette location. Attention toutefois, pour mériter le calme et la vue il faudra un peu manoeuvrer...

Viel Platz, toller Ausblick und alles was man braucht

Wir (4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) hatten eine tolle Zeit Ende Mai in La Rustica! Alles nötige war vorhanden, Lebensmittel gab es im kleinen regionalen Laden, der in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen war oder in den Supermärkten in den nächstgrößeren Städten per Auto. Der Pool war bereits vorbereitet und sauber und es wurden viele Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Geschichten mit den Mosquitos abends stimmen 😉 Es wird aber einiges dagegen angeboten (Kerze, Stecker,…) und mit zusätzlichem Mückenspray konnten wir es abends draußen auch aushalten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank für alles!

Familienurlaub am Ortasee

Bei schönem Wetter mit hauptsächlichem Aufenthalt im Freien sehr schön. Die Küchenausstattung gut! Es gab ausreichend Toilettenpapier und auch Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. 2 Kühlschränke sehr gut. Braucht man echt bei 11Personen! Der Pool für die Kids genial nicht für Langstreckenschwimmer 😉. Die können sich im super klaren Ortasee tummeln.

Super Location

Das Haus ist hervorragend, der Pool ist super, besonders für die Kinder. Vermieterin kümmert sich um alles, Kommunikation klappt bestens. Die Gegend ist natürlich auch super und für einen Urlaub definitiv zu empfehlen. Einzig der engen Gassen wegen muss man mit großen Autos etwas aufpassen ;-)

Einer der schönsten Orte den ich Besucht habe

Illara ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und liebenswerte Frau die stehst darum schaut, das es den Gästen gut geht. Als Ansprechpartner in allen Lagen ist Sie immer erreichbar. Der Pool ist genial und sehr sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt seht genossen und werden wieder kommen. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Wandern, Mountainbiken etc. kann man dort Tagelang. Was soll ich sagen? Wir waren alle Begeistert.

Ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf den Lago D'Orta

Das Haus: Alles sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet (u.a. zwei Kühlschränke). Schneller Internetzugang mit WLAN, gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Grundstück: Komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund freien Auslauf hatte. Schöne Aussicht auf den See. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Ausreichend Liegen. Schöner Salzwasser-Pool. Die Lage: Das Haus liegt weit oberhalb des Lago D‘Orta. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in max. 15 Minuten Orta San Guilo sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Essen gehen: Hostaria dei Santi Numi, Ameno (Via L.A. Cotta) und die kleine Osteria in Vacciago (Via Adolfo Pestalozza). Einkaufen: La Bottega di Edoardo Tondina, Via Menni 1, Vacciago und für den Großeinkauf der COOP, Borgomanero Unbedingt ansehen: Die Altstadt von Orta San Guilo und einen Ausflug zum Mottarone mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und den Lago D’Orta. Coole Sommer-Bobbahn. Betreuung vor Ort: Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine gute Einweisung. Vielen Dank an Ilaria, die sehr gut deutsch spricht! Auf jeden Fall ist das La Rustica sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumblick auf den Ortasee

Ein Traumhaus mit grossen privaten Grundstück, Pool und Blick auf den Ortasee. Meine Familie und ich hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Vacciago. Der Check In und Check Out verlief klasse. Die Betreuung vor Ort war spitze. Alles war sehr sauber, super Betten, schneller Internetzugang, TV mit italenischen TV Programmen und ein neuer Grill den wir beim nächsten Besuch ausprobieren. In der Nachbarschaft ist auch ein kleiner Laden den man super zu Fuß erreichen kann, Man beokmmt frisches Brot, Käse und alles mögliche. Es führt auch ein zweite Strasse zum Haus die etwas breiter ist aber noch nicht bei Google Maps zu finden ist.

Nice house

Nice house, good beds, three large tables / places for eating, fantastisc view, electric gate, extentensive kitchen, plenty of information about area, handyman fixes all minor problems quickly. Some points of attention : No AC in the rooms, so the bedrooms can get very warm in the summer, One of the two showers is in a bathtub, be careful. The garden is smaller than in the pictures. The driveway containes holes. One of us fell through the plastic chairs. The plastic chairs are weak. Tip for hostess: give new guests a nice reception with e.g. bottle wine / olive oil, Paint the back of the house, because it is nicer than looking at grey concrete
