“Upon arrival I was automatically given an already assigned room! ( guest was already using the room ;quite comfortably ). The room that we were then reassigned too had only one light throughout the whole room, television remote was basically falling apart (management taped over the front for better usage); the sheets had burn holes , blanket was terribly thin; we felt as if we were using a throw sheet! Bathroom was disgusting (shower curtain stained deep yellow, toilet was in need of a good deep……

“I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!”

“Hotel Bethlehem is a lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and quickly addressed any questions we had. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the downtown area. Colleen, one of the bartenders, makes delicious drinks. The rooms are adequate size. The fixtures in the bathtub were broken, but they provided a stopper so the tub could be used. “I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.”
