“I have stayed at this property before without issue. This time was the exception. On my first evening I had a heavy leak in the bathroom. All of my toiletries and cosmetic bags were soaked and I had to quickly move to another room. When I checked out I mentioned this to the clerk who didn’t seem to have any knowledge of the matter. I would have thought it would have been documented. This property is in need of some TLC. ”

“We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor. We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out. Breakfast was superb.……
